Baca Consulting is a Strategy & Operations consulting firm with offices in Las Vegas, NV and Corona,CA. We help executives of construction companies with 100-500 employees in the western and southwestern U.S. increase revenues, reduce costs and improve profit margins. We believe in order to be successful in consulting, you need to have the ability to hear and genuinely understand the people you're talking with. We also recognize that listening is the key to connecting with people on a personal level, which is critical for successful project implementations. We are great listeners! I have been able through strategic planning, establish business plans, and execute goals and objectives through a collaborative team effort. Those projects include several M&A’s and divestitures, increase revenues by going into new markets with new products and services. I reduced costs through effective supply chain management, created economies of scale with large vendors, implement effective project management, workflow optimization and utilization of new technology. I began my career at Author Andersen & Co, in the Los Angeles office, Tax Department. It was there I was introduced and developed my appetite for construction and real estate development. I earned my undergraduate degree in Accounting from Utah State University and later earned my MBA from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas.
