Bacal & Associates is in the "learning business". Our mission is to make available through books, e-books, free websites, mobile apps, live training and keynote delivery, the best content and learning available on a range of topics, from communication through to managing performance. In business since 1992, CEO Robert Bacal's books have sold hundreds of thousands of copies worldwide, and have included titles published by McGraw-Hill and two published as part of the "Idiot's series". Our flagship books deal with the art and science of managing performance and the process of dealing with irate, angry, annoyed and upset customers. These days our seminars are mostly oriented towards helping government employees deal with difficult and challenging citizens, although we also deliver our skill building seminars to NGO's and for profit companies.
