Waste2Value – Biofertilizer Production Technology The demand for sustainable nutrient recycling of organic waste is growing conjointly with the demand for organic fertilizer in the green house and farmland food production. Key features The technology can convert organic waste into high quality NPK biofertilizer in 3-5 days. The process takes place in a closed standard bioreactor. The biomass temperature raises to above 70oC within 48 hours, and it is maintained according to international standards for sanitization. As a result, infectious substances, pests, and weeds are destroyed, thus making the output material safe to use as high-quality organic fertilizer.
