Back Office Rescue, Inc. approach is to come in as the lead accounting or finance person and provide three stages of service. First, to clean up, organize and essentially stabilize the situation. Once complete, provide reoccurring activities to ensure the mess does not happen again. Finally, there may be additional work that comes up from time to time where additional support is needed.
