Heather Driscoll is a certified life empowerment coach and spiritual teacher who teaches on the subject of mindfulness and how to overcome fear and anxiety. Rebecca Ellert is a spiritual teacher and ordained chaplain. Together, as mother and daughter, they are on a mission to empower those in need of holistic healing.
