Once determining the best treatment you’ll be handed over to our exercise physiologist who will provide a hands-on exercise program to help strengthen the weakened muscles around the injury providing insights so you don’t cause any further damage. Our massage therapist will then work alongside your physiotherapist and exercise physio to improve the function of the body’s soft tissues helping to alleviate pain.
