When working with management teams and boards, we use the MTAM (Management Team Assessment Model), a scientifically developed tool specifically created for management teams. When we work with leaders and employees, we use the Swedish Defence University's researched models such as Developing Leadership (UL) and Developing Employees (UM). Our focus is strategic cooperation, management issues, communication, and competence development initiatives. In addition, we conduct investigations and various translations into English.
