Oggi, continuiamo la lavorazione dei nostri prodotti esattamente come venivano fatte quindici anni fa. Abbiamo deciso di mantenere invariati questi procedimenti perchè pensiamo che nella lavorazione artigianale, risieda il segreto di un prodotto raro, che affonda le sue radici nel territorio.
