Welcome to The Bada Kadam Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the advancement of education and skill development in various sectors. Our foundation is committed to identifying the needs of skill development and implementing programs that help individuals and communities to achieve their goals. At The Bada Kadam Foundation, our primary objective is to provide vocational and technical education and knowledge that develops the talents and excellence of students, trainees, staff, and other persons. We aim to bridge the gap between education and employment by promoting skill development, facilitating job placements, and supporting the unemployed through the necessary resources. We also recognize the importance of social awareness programs and seek to address pressing social issues such as drug abuse, domestic violence, and adulteration in food. Our foundation believes in the power of collaboration and coordinates participation from various social partners, employers in the private sector, training providers, professional societies, and NGOs/civil society groups in the process of skill development. We take pride in promoting academies of excellence and maintaining skill inventory to determine skills/competency standards and qualifications in consonance with sector norms. Additionally, we facilitate the affiliation and accreditation process for the Sector of weaker sections and participate in the affiliation, accreditation, examination, and certification. Our foundation is committed to upgrading the vocational training system in various sectors to achieve global standards in manpower productivity. We hold and conduct classes, lectures, workshops, conferences, seminars, meetings, and competitions to assist financially or otherwise, give scholarships, freeships, subsidies/grants, diplomas, certificates, and awards.
