In 2010, Gagan Saraswat arrived in Delhi and was dismayed at the high levels of pollution in Delhi. A farmer at heart, he wanted to do something to help reduce pollution and started researching on the internet about urban gardening and plantation. Gagan learnt all about how gardens and green spaces could reduce pollution and started making people aware about them. Passionate about gardening and egged on by friends and relatives for whom he had created picturesque urban gardens, Gagan started Bagbani in 2013. More than a vocation, Bagbani is a labour of love that is centered on a simple idea; “Nature hai toh future hai”. Through Bagbani, Gagan strives to make a difference in the lives of people and to create a world without pollution. He makes constant efforts to create awareness among people about the benefits of cultivating gardens and plantations. From providing gardening and landscaping services to a few friends and relatives, today Bagbani has grown to serve more than 30 clients in domestic as well as commercial areas of Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR). Our services include creation of delightful balcony gardens, terrace gardens, vegetable gardens, hanging gardens and wall gardens among others. In addition, we also care for your garden through our watering, mowing, rubbish removal and complete garden care services. We serve a variety of residential clients, corporate offices and shopping malls and in the process create beautiful landscapes that make this world a better place to live in. Our work is supported by agricultural scientists from Indian Agricultural Research Institute (Pusa), New Delhi who guide us on the cultivation of new plants and their various benefits. Your first consultation with us will be followed by a site visit where an expert will have a detailed discussion with you regarding your requirements. Our team will guide you about the fine points of what you wish to create and how it can be done in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Upon reaching a consensus, our team shall start work and will be involved in all phases of the project starting from the planning stage till the execution.
