We develop frontline workers with mindsets, skills & human capabilities that drives job readiness, productivity and retention. We partner with leading companies in the Philippines such as Grab, Alorica, Foundever and Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation to coach frontline talent with mindsets, skills & human capabilities. We have a community of over jobseekers and workers, and have graduated over alumni from underserved communities in the Philippines, with a 80% job placement rate 90 days after graduation. BagoSphere has been featured on the Stanford Social Innovation Review, Devex, Guardian, and has won awards from MIT-Solve, Ashoka, Globe Telecom, the National University of Singapore, UBS and the Julius Baer Foundation.
