Bahia Yoga

Bahia Yoga is a South Asian Yoga School, run by Psychologist Jasminder Bahia and a team of graduate teachers, Jasmine Sodhi, Suzanne Kerwin, Paula Clarke, and Karen Nix. The school focuses on an inclusive approach, making Yoga accessible for all backgrounds and bodies. Offering a full body and mind and spiritual approach to modern living with contemporary and traditional systems of Yoga Running 200-hour Yoga Alliance accredited programmes since 2011. Running Yoga Classes since 2003. Yoga Nidra and Accessible Yoga trainings. Full-time Studio space in Nottingham, open to students, teacher trainees, and teachers alike for Yoga, Meditation, Mantra Pranayama, Yoga Studies, and Yoga Teacher Training. Our beautiful space is also available for hire for local well-being professionals.
