Baikal Mechanical is a New York–based HVAC OEM founded in 2015, focusing on retrofit-ready, modular HVAC systems for healthcare, education, and critical commercial environments. With 45+ years of combined experience and in-house manufacturing in Brooklyn, we design and build EC fan arrays,(EC fan walls), modular AHUs, HEPA and UV and ionization sections, and negative-pressure solutions that raise indoor air quality while lowering lifecycle cost. We pioneered EC direct-drive axial fan arrays in North America. In practice, that means replacing large belt-drive equipment with redundant, quiet, high-efficiency modules that typically cut energy 20 to 40 percent, reduce noise and vibration, and allow 15-minute fan module swaps. Our elevator-fit and door-fit components are engineered for tight NYC mechanical rooms and live facilities, so install time is shorter and rigging is simpler. Systems integrate with BMS and 0–10V and BACnet, and our team provides on-site evaluations, engineering, and 24/7 support.
