The company was formed in early 2018 following of the sale of Diversified Communications Hong Kong shows to UBM. The former-Diversified management team led by founder Stuart Bailey concluded that there were opportunities for a new boutique event organiser in Hong Kong, China and Asia Pacific markets and so Bailey Communications was born. The focus of Bailey Communications is on developing quality events for both buyers and sellers. In particular where mobile-enabled technology is able to provide new opportunities for communities to meet face-to-face, gather information, source new products and services and do business. Bailey Communications will have a data-driven business model built to ensure that all stakeholders are able to accurately measure the return on investment and most importantly the return on time invested in events.
