The thrust of the consultancy is that with my broad and varied background I could be a valuable asset for companies that need financial or operational expertise for the short term. I usually report to the CEO, CFO or Controller doing things they would normally do themselves, if they only had the time or resources. The cost of an added resource, like me, is less than the cost of not correcting whatever problem or issue they needed to deal with. Examples of past consultancy engagements are filling interim CFO or Controller positions, customer and business profit analysis, internal controls design, accounting system improvements, organizational design and financial forecasting improvement.
