Bailey Manor

Bailey Manor is a privately owned and licensed memory care center with convenient locations in Cookeville, Manchester, Winchester, Hixson, and Fayetteville Tennessee. We offer a small, home- like community that continually strives to provide the highest quality of individualized, compassionate care. Our staff consists of 24-hour Licensed Nurses, Care Attendants, Licensed Dietician, Licensed Social Worker, full- time Activities Director, and a full culinary staff. We focus on individualized care, including activities developed specifically for those residents with memory care needs. Higher staff to resident ratios allow us to provide more hands- on care and individualized one- on- one attention for our residents. Our dietary program provides made- from- scratch meals with numerous meal choices and various snack options daily. Our staff receives on-going training to equip them to meet the special needs of the memory impaired resident. With the progression of a dementia related diagnosis, our facility provides the secure environment required by those residents at high risk for elopement. We provide a safe and secure environment for our residents, giving families much needed peace of mind.
