Residents on Bainbridge Island deeply care about the community, and came together in 2001 to officially create the Bainbridge Community Foundation. BCF aims to encourage, inspire, and provide meaningful ways for people to enhance and sustain all sectors of society in the area. We fulfill that role by analyzing community needs, providing grants to local nonprofits, serving as a leading agent for philanthropy, providing expert guidance to donors and advisors, and improving capacity of nonprofits.
