Bainbridge Conservation offers Icon-accredited conservation-restoration of furniture, frames, books, paper, and decorative art, as well as conservation mounting and framing. We have speciality in Asian lacquer. We can also provide certain types of scientific analysis. We work for dealers, galleries, museums and private collectors. Institutional clients include English Heritage, National Trust, Westminster Abbey, Dr. Johnson’s House and The Admiralty Library. Our studio and workshop are in Forest Hill, South East London. We provide a high level of craftsmanship and modern conservation techniques. Tristram Bainbridge ACR and Abigail Bainbridge ACR are also both Associate Tutors in furniture and book conservation at West Dean College.
