Bakarr & Associates is a law firm specialized in offering bespoke legal and advisory services designed to meet the needs of domestic and international companies operating in or with business interests in Sierra Leone. We offer solution-oriented services to companies from inception throughout the company's lifespan. The firm is made up of 3 (three) legal practitioners and other legal assistants who work collectively to deliver high quality services to our clients. Our aim is to offer hands-on assistance to the client in pursuing its strategic goals whilst steering it away from the legal challenges encountered in the ordinary course of business. We try to understand the client's business, its goals, nature of engagement with other stakeholders and seek to offer optimal results. We, therefore, align our services with the growth of the business within local and international legal frameworks. Our primary areas of practice are corporate and commercial law and litigation, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence exercises, financing arrangements, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and company secretarial services, real property law, employment law, tax law, intellectual property law and telecommunications law. We are experienced in liaising with government ministries, departments and agencies.
