Deborah Baker and Susan McGee established Baker McGee Consulting in 2006 to provide resource development and capacity building solutions to nonprofit organizations. As consultants and former nonprofit executives, we have extensive experience in leading senior management and boards in managing strategic initiatives. We bring a personalized approach to every project, acting as external partners to increase the organizational capacity of nonprofits by addressing critical needs in two key areas: resource development and leadership development. Our emphasis on collaborative partnership means we take the time to understand the unique culture, concerns and challenges of each organization from the outset of the relationship.
