Originally a platform where wellness practitioners offer blogs and classes to support physical and mental health in various ways, Balance Garden can also curate bespoke packages for private sessions at events or workplaces. The Balance Garden podcast reflects on the worlds inside and outside at different times of the year, to support healthy relationships with ourselves, each other, nature, and all the spaces in between. Each episode explores seasonal cycles, culture, creativity, natural health, regenerative agriculture, food and nutrition.
