We are a local family-owned business. Balanced Engineering LLC was founded in 2020 by Dylan A. Hullinger, P.E. Dylan has extensive knowledge of aggregate, asphalt, binder, concrete, and soils. He has been the leading asphalt mix designer in Colorado, illustrated by a handful of “Best in Colorado” awards over the last ten years. He is committed to providing his clients with industry leading engineering, problem solving, communication, respect and expertise.
