Balanced Life Coaching

At Balanced Life Coaching, I work with people to see new possibilities in their lives and organizations. Together, we find new perspectives on life balance, leadership, team development, relationships, resilience, stress relief, and well-being. For the past five years, I have trained nearly 400 employees on communication skills and team building at La Clinica, a non-profit in Medford, OR. I facilitate personal growth weekends for Woman Within in the US, the UK, and South Africa. I also staff at Wings Seminars, as part of a 12-person cohort learning to facilitate the Personal Effectiveness Seminar. I work with couples using work originated by The Gottman Institute in Seattle, and Rich and Char Tosi, founders of the Mankind Project & Woman Within. I am a certified Enneagram teacher and have met with dozens of people by phone or in person to help them discover their Types. Additionally, I coach high school and college students using Academic Life Coaching to improve study habits and skills, confidence, awareness, and productivity. For the past three years, I have staffed The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards, a week-long summer camp for 170 high school and college students. I did group coaching with teens and their families for ten years before that. For another local non-profit, I piloted a group for teen girls. We met 80 times, from when the girls were in middle school until they graduated high school. I also organized three wilderness trips as well as an outdoor camp for at-risk girls. I led community celebrations, acted as a liaison, and produced a video for our funders, Women Living Leadership in Medford, OR. My past jobs as a journalist, stay-at-home mom, ranch owner, motorcycle instructor, and photographer, give me the confidence to deal with a wide variety of people. As a certified facilitator, life coach, presenter, and consultant, I am passionate about bringing together all that I have learned to encourage and honor others. Stay motivated and thrive!
