I've spent 20+ years figuring out what makes businesses tick. Fourteen of those were in operations management for a multi-million dollar company. For the last seven, I've worked alongside a local CPA serving everyone from SaaS startups to wineries to retail shops. Now I also run BalanceWise Books, where I help small business owners get their financial systems in order. Not just the books themselves, but the workflows and processes behind them. I'm the bookkeeper who actually likes inventory, thinks like an analyst, and won't force you into a cookie-cutter template.
