PSYCHOTHERAPY COUNSELLING SUPERVISION My name is Elizabeth Grønn and I offer individual sessions of counselling and supervision from BALANSEPUNKTET at Sofienberg in Oslo. I speak Norwegian and English fluently. As a psychosynthesis therapist I offer a space for self-discovery and connection where my clients learn to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. Through increased awareness of what is going on inside – our emotions, thoughts and beliefs – we become more conscious of the forces that may be holding us back. We develop our ability to connect with our inner resources and potential. Psychosynthesis is seen as an unfolding process where we learn to live according to our inner truth, giving us tools to live the lives we are meant for. It is therapy and self development for those who choose to actively work with their inner challenges and potentials. We all experience times in our lives when things are difficult and challenging.
