After 14+ years of mental health practice, founder Lisa Balderman, is committed to providing a measured, realistic, honest, strategic, accountable, progressive, relatable, and confident setting for her clients, patients, and partners. As someone who has dedicated their lives to helping others, I could not be more excited to see the world open up about the importance of mental health. Throughout my career, I have been unbelievably fortunate to work with such a wide spectrum of clients. Though the demographics and complexity of topics have varied, the element of trust has always been held close to my heart and at the core of my practice. I knew it was time to design a solution that embraced everything I believed in and desired for my clients, patients, and partners. Balderman Wellness is the accumulation of my life’s work and my commitment to helping those around me form a positive lens on life, communication, and the world around us.
