Bali Wise

Bali WISE is nonprofit organization based in Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia to empower marginalized women through skills education as a means to develop sustainable communities in Indonesia. Mission: Provide vocational skills through training and study to women from financially challenged backgrounds and straight out of high school in Indonesia to enable them to gain employment with a quality employer. We provide education facilities to women from anywhere in Indonesia, irrespective of religion, a professional education along with a secure campus and accommodation. We also cater for 3 meals per day, uniforms, study books, an IT Library, transport and the expense allowance of our students. History: Founded in 2007, the Bali WISE Skills Education program commenced to educate the seaweed and Land Based Farmer who lost their jobs and income to over development of the bukit area of Southern Bali Island. Through Bali WISE’s two campuses we provided skills education to the affected people. Bali WISE is now focused on giving Hospitality, Tour & Travel skills, to the young poor and marginalized women, who are mostly straight out of high school before they join the unskilled trap or vortex.
