Ballast Point

Ballast Point is an integrated architecture and construction practice based in Balmain, serving Sydney's Inner West. We hold a rare combination of design and build practitioner accreditations, with registered architects and licensed builders working together under one roof. This means our clients get a single, accountable team from first concept through to final handover, without the gaps, delays and miscommunication that come from separating design and construction. We work across residential renovations, extensions, new builds, development applications, and maintenance and small works, primarily across Balmain, Rozelle, Leichhardt, Annandale, Birchgrove and surrounds. What we care about most is the relationship. Every project starts with understanding what a client actually needs, then building a solution around that, not the other way around. The result is homes that are genuinely transformed: better to live in, better to look at, and built to last.
