Ballycommon Telework and Training Centre CLG is a community owned business which was established in in order to provide IT and Soft Skills Training to members of the local and wider community. We also provide flexible 'Hot Desk' plans to suit remote workers, entrepreneurs and students. Officially opened in March the centre has gone from strength to strength with three IT tutors and three Soft Skill Facilitator/Tutors forming part of the total of fourteen employees currently employed by the centre. All our tutors are accredited trainers and are involved in the delivery of many QQI Accredited training courses. The centre is ECDL and QQI Accredited and also holds the QQI Quality Assurance Agreement. We now also offer Safety Training such as Safepass, Manual Handling, First Aid and First Aid Responder. In 2011 we were accredited as a Registered SOLAS Training Provider.
