Ballymaloe Relish is an old favourite recipe from the restaurant Ballymaloe House. A delicate balance of tomatoes and gentle spices, it is wonderfully versatile and livens up the simplest of meals. Ballymaloe Foods now produce a range of over 18 products including pasta sauces, pickled Irish beetroot, mayonnaise, roasting sauces and salad dressings.
