Baltic Seaside Properties kauft, entwickelt, verkauft und betreibt Ferienimmobilien in den bekannten Ostseebädern Mecklenburg-Vorpommerns. Die regionalen Schwerpunkte sind Darß/Zingst, Rügen (Binz, Sellin) und Usedom (Kaiserbäder). Wir legen Wert auf eine hochwertige und ortstypische Gestaltung. Vielfach sanieren wir Denkmäler oder typische Bäderarchitektur-Objekte. Unter der Marke Baltic Hideaways betreiben wir eigene Anlagen und Hotels. Damit sind wir in unseren Kernregionen stark verwurzelt. Nach Gründung 2018 arbeiten heute 25 Kolleginnen- und Kollegen an einem Entwicklungsportfolio von rund 25 Objekten mit 500 Wohneinheiten.
