We began our activity in 2007 as a buyer of game carcasses from Latvian hunters. The meat was processed at EU certified slaughterhouses, where it was cut, vacuum packed,and refrigerated or frozen. At that time our customers were from among the largest Swedish and German meat producers, and dealers in HoReCa sector. After five years of experience, the decision was made to further the development of the company and to make significant changes in the orientation of our business. In the second half of 2012 and beginning of 2013 we expanded our management team and started work on improving our logistics system to be able to ensure delivery to restaurants throughout Europe. Our brand Baltic Wild is oriented toward bringing game meats in a variety of forms to the consumer’s table. Company is the largest game meat buyer & producer in Northern Europe. Our central office is located in Riga, Latvia. Our vision is to be the leading producer and exporter of game meat products in Eastern and Northern Europe, recognized as the best brand for game meat products operated by the most effective team.
