Bambu serves authentic Vietnamese Chè (a Vietnamese word for homemade beverages, dessert drinks and pudding); bubble, milk, fruit and other teas; signature Vietnamese coffees, real fruit smoothies & juices, and complementary bakery and snack items. The Bambu menu is colorful, and attractive with a wide variety of choices, and allows customers to even create their own drink — “just the way you love it”. Not only is Bambu’s Chè delicious, it’s made with fresh coconut, vegan friendly, gluten and dairy free. The Franchisor, Bambu Franchising, LLC (the “Company”) was formed on December 2014, as a Colorado limited liability company. The Company acquired, and then developed the distinctive recipes, ingredients, systems, designs, layouts, advertising and operational standards and specifications that had been started in San Jose by the founders, Anh, Kelly, Julie and Jenny Nguyen, who opened their first Bambu Shoppe in 2008. The Company has granted Vo Cuisine, LLC (the “Franchisee) the rights to operate a Bambu Shoppe in Baltimore, Maryland, and operate it under the registered service mark “BAMBŪ” and related logos, trademarks, menu, and signage. Bambu has a growing brand presence in the US Atlantic Coast with 10 Shoppes open and another four scheduled to open in the first half of 2022. Bambu Baltimore will be located in the Downtown’s East Harbor at the corner Fleet & South Central significantly increases the opportunity for accelerated success. In addition, the location is next to a new AT & T store and directly adjacent to Baltimore’s famous Little Italy neighborhood surrounded by a strong business community, shopping, restaurants, and near-by colleges. Bambu Baltimore will provide customers with a delicious, healthy, house-made Vietnamese inspired dessert drinks, coffees, teas, and smoothies in a bright, clean, and mobile-friendly atmosphere.
