Bambu Capital was built to be the kind of company we wish had bought our own businesses. Built by founders for founders focused in South-east Asia. Unlike traditional private equity or search funds, our business model is not to flip your company in three to five years to the highest bidder. Rather to build on your legacy for the very long term, meaning we will hold on to your company forever. That means we will allow the business to grow at a sustainble rate or simply stay at the optimal size. It means we will treat employees and customers the way a founder would. We typically acquire 51%- 100% to control cash flows. The business we're looking for: 1. Demonstrates consistent earning power 2. Simple businesses that can easily be understood 3. Preferably with management in place (Will consider founders that lack succession) 4. At least S$1 Million of after tax earnings (Will consider 500k+ in unique situations)
