Our philosophy Are you acquainted with the “sustained development” concept? It has to do with growing without destroying, moving forward in harmony… that is the essence os Banana Film. We believe in people, we believe in what everyone is, in what everyone has to offer, our philosophy is believing that the combination of different talents makes the whole. Our biggest treasure is respect, respect for everyone of us, people who complement and move forward together, because the secret is to work as a team; respect towards the world and the environment. We are a group of individuals who daily fight for growing. Absolute truth does not exist, we build it as a team. Taking the time to listen to others, leaving prejudices aside and accepting are basic premises in our house… Our services Creative cooperation is basic in all our areas of work. Taking into account the needs of every project, our structure is flexible enough to adapt to the creation of ideas, development of the script, location finding, coordination of work teams and production and post-production integral services. Due to our fifteen years working in the local Argentinian and Latin American markets, our working teams are many and are experts on different areas to suit the different ideas or projects. We keep adding up, and that includes our clients as well, whom we consider as “business partners”, as part of our team.
