Banana Joe

Banana Joe chips are handmade, using bananas handpicked from farms we cooperate with. We ensure correct ripeness for added crunch, and cook the bananas gently to allow the flavors to remain intact. The secret to our banana chips: we learned to pick the finest bananas. Our hom thong bananas, otherwise known as the golden fragrant bananas, are the original ‘Gros Michel’ variety. Although hom thong bananas are harder to source, we picked them because they taste better than any other variety of bananas.
