Banda Bags is a young and emerging brand built upon progression and the principles of slow-movement fashion. Our stunning, one-of-a-kind collection of bags come from a remote part of Indonesia and is handcrafted by tsunami survivors. Every product is 100% cruelty-free, appealing to vegan and conscious consumers. We believe in ethical integrity and transparency. We are committed to the ethical treatment of our artisans and provide fair wage for their work, which we are very proud to share with the world. Even though we are a small company, we are growing and have global aspirations to build a network of conscious consumers, using fashion as a platform to educate the masses and promote social responsibility. At present, we have partnered with a grassroots environmental organization called Orangutan Foundation International that helps rescue and rehabilitate orangutans as well as preserve their natural habitat, located in Indonesia, also the birthplace of Banda Bags. We are committed to being a part of the change we want to see in the world and will do so with one Banda Bag sold at a time.
