Bang & Clean offers an effective solution for boiler cleaning using pressure waves. By controlled gas explosions, specific pressure waves can be generated during operation of the boiler, which excellently remove fouling from the heat exchanger surfaces. This certified system is called PressureWave+, is efficient and safe for people and equipment. PressureWave+ is a mobile system that can be used to clean all types of boilers on-load. By this controlled gas explosions, a pressure wave is generated which can clean any fouling in boilers, silos, hoppers, etc. The system can be used in temperature ranges of up to 1200°C. Bang & Clean is now offering a fixed CloudEx® cleaning system. The patented system is based on the successful mobile cleaning system PressureWave+ that has been used for decades. B&C is thus offering an efficient, cost-effective, and reliable alternative to all existing products. The CloudEx® technology is based on automated gas detonations that generate a targeted pressure wave with the unique deep cleaning effect. This cleaning system requires little space outside the boiler and can be mounted on standard boiler doors or specific openings. Each CloudEx® system is customized in detail to the boiler and its requirements. The CloudEx® system is offered for rent. In this unique concept, maintenance and replacement parts are included in the rental price. This way, the customer can permanently install a cleaning system on their boiler with very low investment costs and no risk, which delivers only the best results. B&C's other services such as PressureWave+ cleaning, camera inspection, and boiler data analysis can be ordered separately or as a package with CloudEx®.
