As the presence of Bank of China in Ireland, Bank of China (Europe) S.A. Dublin Branch was incorporated in September 2021, being the first Chinese banking institution officially approved to operate in Ireland. The opening of the Dublin Branch represents a significant strategic step by BOC to proactively market BOC’s Corporate Banking offering into the Irish market. As a newly established branch in the Irish market, BOC Dublin will look to benefit from BOC’s existing capabilities & expertise, centralized operations, market reputation and experience in the European market, whilst seeking to expand BOC’s business and promote the strength of its product & service offering. BOC Dublin is dedicated to providing high quality financial services for Chinese companies, local Irish companies, multinationals, and Irish companies with economic & trade relations with China.
