At just about the time that Canadians were beginning to take energy conservation seriously Banvil began manufacturing its high quality line of practical and decorative ceiling fans. That was in 1974 and since that time Banvil fans have gained a reputation for outstanding quality, reliable operation and distinctive styling. Banvil fans and lighting fixtures provide the finishing touch for a cottage or a castle, and our uncompromising quality is the cornerstone of our reputation. At Banvil we go the extra step to insure that all our products meet the needs of consumers everywhere. Banvil supplied ceiling fans until the early 90’s. Banvil became part of Teecom Electronics in 1985 and the company’s focus became satellite television equipment manufacturing as well as television programming for end users. In 1997 Banvil was acquired by Everret Wills who was associated with Banvil since 1976 and has been GM for Banvil since 1992. Banvil now is only focused on commercial & decorative ceiling fans and commercial & residential lighting.
