Our approach to coffee is simple: we use 'single origin coffee' and deliver our coffee fresh. Single origin coffee tends to come from one farm or a co-op in a region. Coffee in its truest form provides an abundance of flavors. Typically blended and flavored coffees are a lower quality bean that lack the true flavors of the origin in which they come from. We pride ourselves on fresh coffee. We recommend a whole bean to keep freshness longer and consuming our product within a few weeks of purchase. Freshness is the key!
