This Parisian pastry has not hit the street of New York yet but BARACHOU’s mission is to change that. In the same way that macarons expended New Yorkers pastry horizons, the Chou will introduce people to the delight of a sophisticated puff pastry that comes in a variety of creamy flavors and colorful tops.
