Learning through play – designed in Denmark. Barbo Toys is a Danish toy company dedicated to creating high-quality toys that inspire children to explore, imagine and learn. For more than ten years, our team has designed toys with a strong focus on educational value, playful design and Scandinavian simplicity. We work closely with beloved licensors such as Moomin, Peppa Pig, Alfons Åberg and the iconic characters from Astrid Lindgren’s stories, bringing their worlds to life through meaningful play. Alongside our licensed products, we also develop the Barbo Toys Classic series – timeless puzzles, games and wooden toys crafted for learning and long-lasting play. All our products are designed in Denmark and tested according to European safety standards. At Barbo Toys, we see every child as a young scientist. Play is how children experiment, ask questions and understand the world. That’s why all our products are built on the Barbo Toys Learning Circle™ – eight key areas of development including language, logic, creativity, nature, music and body awareness. Some of our toys focus on one skill, while others embrace the full circle. Play is children’s work – and we design the tools that help them thrive.
