Since the early 1960s Barclay and its predecessor companies have owned and managed properties from California to New York and as far away as Japan and Korea. In 1984, Barclay Financial Group (California Finance Lender #6050975), a majority owned subsidiary, was formed to provide financing for Barclay’s internal operations as well as for select group of outside borrowers.
