Bare Birth

At Bare Birth, we understand the importance of engaging with birth with a multi-faceted approach. Our program combines top down learning using our brains, bottom up learning using our bodies and meeting in the middle for your babies. From gentle yoga to rhythmic hip movements, our approach is designed to help you become intimately familiar with the basic birth moves that can assist you during labour. We recognize that although knowledge can be powerful, it’s not enough – you cannot think your babies out! We aim to bridge the gap between education and practice, tapping into both your brain’s knowledge and your body’s intuition, helping you birth with wisdom & confidence. With experiential learning, emotional support and evidence-based practices, Bare Birth offers an enriching experience that will help equip you for the incredible transition from pregnant to parent.
