Founded in 2021, Bark & Bitter produces award-winning non-alcoholic spirits, bitters, and mixers derived from whole botanical macerations and distillates. We strive to provide thoughtful, flavourful alternative beverage choices while supporting health and wellness in the hospitality industry. Novara Bitter Aperitivo, the first product from Bark & Bitter, is a non-alcoholic take on the traditional Italian aperitivo, made with a base of non-alcoholic citrus distillate, lightly sweetened and finished with a maceration of 8 aromatic herbs and botanicals, including quassia, rhubarb root, bitter orange peel, and more.
