Bernadette Barker established Barker Consultants in 1993 and offers a wide range of services including for fire risk assessments, drafting of health and safety polices, site waste management plans, advice on health and safety on construction sites, site audits, CDM Advisor, CDM Principal designer, access audits; development of health and safety documentation; fire risk assessments; risk assessments for construction and maintenance work and legionella risk assessments. Bernadette Barker has extensive experience on a wide range of buildings including for retail developments, hotels, commercial developments and residential buildings. Sustainability audits of hotels for Travelife (a subsidiary of ABTA) and Green Globe are undertaken. My Mission: To offer to support clients, contractors and consultants in the administrative processes associated with the procurement, development and maintenance of buildings.
