Barnet Homes was created by Barnet Council to manage and modernise its council homes and estates. It is a non-profit making company owned by Barnet Council. We have responsibility for managing the council homes in Barnet, including 3,900 leasehold properties. Our work includes day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and supporting tenants.
