BAROQ is a Colombian brand born in 2020 and created to deliver the most authentic experience of minimalistic design through high quality jewelry and accessories. A brand created by two young entrepreneurs who are passionate about design and that are constantly seeking to break stigmas around men's jewelry and fashion. Since its launch, BAROQ has been telling the story of those Colombian artisans and jewelers who are responsible to materialize each piece of the brand, creating unique pieces whose objective is to elevate the community’s aesthetic. BAROQ´s influence comes around geometric shapes and patterns of modern architecture and it mainly seeks to promote sobriety and a minimalist lifestyle. The famous phrase “less is more” used by the renowned architect Mies Van der Rohe, alludes to BAROQ´s philosophy at its best. BAROQ is aware of the impact that the fashion industry causes in the environment. For this reason, one of its main principles is to use recycled materials in the process of creation of its accessories, in this way counteracting and minimizing its footprint.
