Barossa Enterprises Incorporated (BE) is a not for profit organisation that supports people living with disabilities across the Gawler, Barossa and Clare Valley regions. BE was Established in 1978 by families who wanted better services for those in their care. Our Vision: “A Community that values the abilities of all individuals”. Barossa Enterprises offers a variety of lifestyle support including: Supported Accommodation Respite Care Crisis Care Offered under our Community Lifestyle Connexions division, we provide support and education that enable people to engage in their local community according to personal choice and aspirations. We assist with living skills, building relationships and friendship networks, improve health and hygiene and help access community events and leisure activities. Barossa Enterprises is the leading local employer of people living with disabilities with 80 supported employees contributing to the local economy. Supported Employment Services support people in their job roles through with individualised plans that develop skills, confidence and independence. We work with each employee to set personal career goals and training opportunities. Woodwerx is our manufacturing division that provides a safe, modern and clean manufacturing workplace. Woodwerx manufactures quality, custom made wine boxes, pallets, crates and packaging for the Wine Industry and other local industries. Our products are highly sought after well regarded.
